We're seeking for a detail-oriented professional for our tire quality control operations. Join our dynamic team and help us achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate casting and molding equipment used in tire manufacturing.
- Prepare molds, materials, and rubber compounds per specifications.
- Inspect tires and components to ensure quality standards.
- Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting.
- Follow safety procedures and production guidelines.
- Maintain production records and report any issues.
- Support team members to meet production targets.
Requirements & Skills:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1+ years of manufacturing experience.
- Experience working with tires or rubber manufacturing processes.
- 12 months of forklift and buck truck experience.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects in tires.
- Physical stamina for fast-paced work.
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
This role operates in a high-heat, dusty, and noisy manufacturing setting. Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment. Expect prolonged standing, repetitive movements, and lifting up to 60 lbs. PPE provided.
