About the Job
Ecore is seeking an Applications Systems Analyst to support, configure, and optimize our enterprise applications. This role is focused on system administration, implementation, integrations, and cross‑platform support, with only light scripting-not full development. You will partner closely with business users to improve system functionality and keep critical applications running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:
  • Configure and maintain enterprise applications (user setup, roles, permissions, maintenance, workflows).
  • Support system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and documentation.
  • Monitor integrations using APIs or iPaaS tools (Workato experience a plus).
  • Manage day-to-day administration of enterprise applications (user setup, roles, permissions, workflows, general upkeep).
  • Handle application upgrades, testing, and enhancements to keep systems running smoothly.
  • Build and maintain integrations between systems using APIs or iPaaS tools like Mulesoft, Workato, or Boomi.
  • Troubleshoot application and data‑flow issues across connected systems.
  • Implement configuration changes based on business requirements.
  • Partner with business users to understand needs and recommend solutions.
  • Identify process improvements and opportunities for automation.

What You Bring:
  • 5+ years in application administration, implementation, or systems analysis.
  • Experience integrating third party applications with ERP systems (Kinetic preferred).
  • Familiarity with APIs, basic scripting, or integration tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into system configuration.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Git (preferred).
  • Knowledge of ITIL or service management is helpful.
  • 1+ years working with application administration, systems, or low-code platforms.
  • Experience supporting enterprise applications, including upgrades and ongoing maintenance.
  • Hands-on experience building or supporting integrations using APIs or iPaaS tools (e.g., Mulesoft, Workato, or Boomi).
  • Solid understanding of how data moves between systems and how to troubleshoot when it doesn’t.
  • Experience connecting third-party tools to ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with APIs, and some exposure to scripting or integration tools. (Contradicts bullet #3 in this section).
  • Exposure to scripting (e.g. PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to take business requirements and turn them into working system configurations or integrations.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Git is a plus.
