Shift: 2nd shift
Schedule: Monday to Friday / 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM (training on 1st shift)
Pay Range: $26.00 to $33.00 per hour (based on experience)

What You'll Do: 
  • Diagnose malfunctions, dismantle equipment, replace or fabricate parts, and restore machinery to optimal performance using precision tools and technical documentation. 
  • Execute scheduled maintenance programs, ensuring all equipment operates safely and efficiently before problems arise. 
  • Troubleshoot PLC hardware/software, NC/CNC controls, power distribution systems, and electro-mechanical circuits using advanced diagnostic tools. 
  • Maintain building infrastructure including HVAC, plumbing, and grounds (yes, even snow removal!). 
  • Install new equipment, run conduit and wiring, interpret blueprints, and commission systems for safe operation. 
What You Bring: 
Required Qualifications: 
  • High School Diploma or equivalent. 
  • 2+ years of maintenance experience. 
  • Certifications in industrial maintenance, electrical, or repairs. 
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills. 
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently. 
  • Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel). 
Technical Expertise: 
  • Proficiency reading electrical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints. 
  • Hands-on knowledge of PLCs (Allen Bradley preferred), VFDs, and sequential programming. 
  • Experience with 120/240/480-volt systems, conduit installation, relays, and control wiring. 
  • Skilled in troubleshooting AC/DC motor drives and electrical components. 
  • Competent with diagnostic tools: multi-meters, amp-meters, oscilloscopes. 
Work Environment & Physical Demands: 
This role operates in a high-heat, dusty, and noisy manufacturing setting. Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment. Expect prolonged standing, repetitive movements, and lifting up to 130 lbs. PPE provided.
