Are you ready to take your manufacturing career to the next level? We're seeking a skilled Production Systems Operator to join our dynamic team and operate state-of-the-art machinery systems in our modern manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the operation of sophisticated production machinery systems.
- Perform quality control testing using industry-standard methods.
- Troubleshoot and maintain high-tech equipment.
- Operate modern material handling equipment.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Manufacturing experience.
- Forklift/powered industrial truck experience.
- Safety-conscious with strong attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills.
- Team player mentality.
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
This role operates in a high-heat, dusty, and noisy manufacturing setting. Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment. Expect prolonged standing, repetitive movements, and lifting up to 55 lbs. PPE provided.
