Key Responsibilities:
- Picking and building customer orders with precision.
- Operating forklifts and material handling equipment.
- Loading and unloading trucks efficiently and safely.
- Collaborating with installers, delivery drivers, and internal teams.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2-5 years of warehouse experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills.
- RF scanner knowledge.
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
This role operates in a high-heat, dusty, and noisy manufacturing setting. Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment. Expect to perform physically demanding tasks (bending, climbing, pushing, etc.), repetitive movements, and lifting up to 55+ lbs. PPE provided.
