Key responsibilities:
- Managing inventory and maintaining warehouse organization
- Picking and building customer orders with precision
- Operating forklifts and material handling equipment
- Loading trucks efficiently and safely
- Collaborating with installers, delivery drivers, and internal teams
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of warehouse experience
- Forklift operation experience
- RF scanner familiarity
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic computer skills
- Team-oriented mindset
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
This role operates in a high-heat, dusty, and noisy manufacturing setting. Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment. Expect to perform physically demanding tasks (bending, climbing, pushing, etc.), repetitive movements, and lifting up to 55+ lbs. PPE provided.
