Shift: 2nd shift
Schedule: Monday to Thursday / 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM
Pay Range: $21.00 to $26.00 per hour (based on experience) 

Lead with Purpose and Precision 

We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Team Lead to support our manufacturing operations in Ozark, AL. This role combines hands-on production work with leadership responsibilities, helping guide the team and maintain high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. 

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Operate machinery and perform department-specific tasks as needed.
  • Provide daily guidance and support to department employees.
  • Monitor production quality and ensure materials and finished goods meet standards. 
  • Coordinate work assignments and shift resources to meet production goals. 
  • Support on-the-job training and ensure timely completion of training checklists. 
  • Communicate issues to supervisors and maintenance, and help resolve problems on the floor.

Requirements & Skills:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1+ years of manufacturing experience, including machine operation. 
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks (bending, climbing, pushing, etc.). 
  • Basic computer skills and data entry skills. 
  • Troubleshooting skills and basic hand tools knowledge. 
  • Ability to work overtime and adapt to changing demands.
 
Work Environment & Physical Demands: 
This role operates in a high-heat, dusty, and noisy manufacturing setting. Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment. Expect prolonged standing, repetitive movements, and lifting up to 70 lbs. PPE provided.
